A Career Framework For Designers at Procore

One of the significant contributions I made to Procore Design was to develop and establish the career framework that defines the design disciplines at Procore: UX Design, Visual Design, and UX Research. This framework describes a dual path a designer could take as an individual contributor or manager. The system is based on an abilities framework that helps designers attain and measure core design skills, career skills, & team skills. It also defines performance guidance & goal setting for designers.
